The reliable spindle of the German company Alfred Jäger, equipped with two hybrid bearings, with a power of 1kW and 60 rpm, ensures trouble-free operation and durability for years. Strong and precise servo drives equipped with absolute encoders with a resolution of 000 micrometers will prove themselves in the processing of any material from zirconium to the demanding chromo-cobalt and titanium alloys. The extraordinary freedom of axis movements (A ± 0.15 °; B ± 30 °) allows for perfect milling of full-contour structures in a semi-open holder perpendicular to the face side of the teeth.
